The jury is still out on sat fat and cholesterol- and our bodies retain salt (raising blood pressure) because of too much simple carbohydrate intake.

There are much more important things to cut out from one’s diet than saturated fat, cholesterol and salt. They are: refined vegetable oils and sugar.
